I'm tired boss. I'm tired of fixing Sony's bullshit controller problem.
Community Reviews
The DualSense Edge stands out as a premium PS5 controller for players who want back paddles, hair triggers, and easy stick module swaps. The shape feels comfortable and sturdy, and the modular sticks are a real hedge against drift, with replacement modules available when wear shows up. Battery life is the biggest drawback, often described as very short, and the trigger feel does not impress everyone. It is most compelling for shooter play or for anyone who values the extra controls and repairability.
The modular analog stick design lets you replace stick modules instead of replacing the whole controller after drift.
The controller's hair triggers and back paddles can improve shooter gameplay comfort and control.
The back paddles are described as very sturdy for repeated use.
A Target RedCard plus a Target 20% one-item coupon can reduce the pre-tax cost to $129.99.
Battery life is reported as very short, around three hours or described as pitifully low.
The hair-trigger mode and triggers are criticized as not good or not quick enough for some use cases.
Some experiences describe stick drift issues that still required repeated repairs, joystick replacements, and controller swaps.
Durability concerns include reports of the rubber grip falling apart over time.
