If you want a good colon cleanse, this will do it.

I've never had a problem. I have these now and I've used the smart mouth mints before which both have xylitol

Xylitol is great for oral care. They used to be only xylitol. Sorbitol is crap. This product is now crap.

Yes, I agree.

Sorbitol should not be put in gum or mints because it's going to cause in some cases high velocity explosive diarrhea.

Eat the whole pack. A little amount won't do it. A large amount will. So damned good though lol.
