For those trying to price match, the trick is to price match for purchase so the BB agent will generate an invoice for you to purchase. I had no luck price matching after purchase. I was able to get the price prior to purchase.

I have the motorized version of the Monoprice "Above Fireplace Pull-Down Full-Motion TV Wall Mount" and love it.
The motorized version won't handle this weight, but if you can find the manual version, it can handle up to 150 lbs with the adjustable springs and gas cylinder. I would have no doubts hanging this TV on that mount (unmotorized) with adequate installation into studs.
