Update:

Ordered 2 x 65" QM6K PRO delivery on 11/24.

Spoke with Customer Service via Chat and they're refunding the $70 from the (2 x $35) warranty that was added to cart. Once item ships, they refund within 48 hours.

Waited all year for this deal and marked my calendar when the Costco BF add was posted.

Is this better than Hisense a65k 2023? I watch mostly 1080p content.
I also have an open box sony x90l from bestbuy on order for $660.

I'm debating on picking this over the Sony. Any comments? Sony isn't mini LED and it's from 2023/24.

This is a great deal. I had this for about a month, before upgrading to the 75" QM6K Pro. The screen is very reflective, but blackout curtains helped me. Excellent black levels, bright enough for my somewhat sunny room, and I'm not seeing blooming. Simple, backlit remote. Costco customer service has been great, I wouldn't buy a TV anywhere else. I've been looking for a 65" to replace my old samsung. Is this tv that good of a deal or would I be better waiting out a bit? Literally only watch sports and streaming, no gaming, etc.
