Worth noting that quality of 98/100 inch TV panels from both TLC and Hisense seems to be worse than 65 inch and less, so the results from rtings reviews that are not specific to big models are somewhat useless.

says who? they have more dimming zones on the bigger models, I think, so at a fixed viewing angle I would expect the quality to be slightly better actually, not worse.

Amazon would have a local physical presence as well just because they seem to have their distribution center everywhere. I agree it would be better to get it from BBY. Just a support for continuing to have a retail presence.
