These are 1300mah batteries and a series charger (can only charge batteries in pairs because the current flows through both not individually). Batteries aren't good enough to use with a better charger and the charger would easily damage better batteries due to it's series charging (will often overcharge one battery if one is lower charge level than the other).

Better off buying the amazon brand batteries from woot (https://slickdeals.net/f/18820222) for cheap and then buying a cheap charger like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CXSSJ1Q4/
