for those that don't have amex's offer, you can instead stack with the paypal BNPL 20% off offer and cash back portals, after taxes this is roughly the same price as the Costco's msi qd-oled, but with higher refresh rate & more accurate colors

No because Paypal buy now pay later requires to pay via paypal credit, Amex requires you to pay the whole total with Amex credit card.
