I have the 4 HK Onyx Studio 7 speakers, Great sound, especially when paired.
You can pair only two same series speakers together at a time.
You have to pair the two speakers together each & every time that you power them on. (Which takes literally less than 10 seconds.)

The Onyx Studio 8 is a large portable Bluetooth speaker that stands out for rich sound, strong bass, and a stylish design, with several comparisons putting it near much pricier speakers. It works well as a TV or apartment speaker, and pairing two units can create a wider stereo setup. The main drawbacks are its size and weight, limited portability, and battery life that can land around 6 hours or less. Pairing two speakers also has quirks, since the stereo link may need to be reactivated after power cycles or Bluetooth reconnects. A solid pick if you want big sound more than grab and go convenience.
Common Questions (5)
Battery life is reported around 6 to 8 hours, with about 6 hours at 80% volume and as little as roughly 2 hours when used on battery in some setups. It is often kept plugged in for best results, and the battery can reportedly be replaced by the user.
It is portable in the sense that it has a built-in handle, but it is also described as big and heavy. Several comments compare its portability to carrying a large exercise ball, so it is better suited to moving room-to-room than tossing in a bag.
Yes. Two Onyx Studio 8 speakers can be wirelessly paired for a wider stereo soundstage, and the pairing is reported to be quick. The setup only supports two same-series speakers at a time, so it is not a multi-speaker mesh system.
Yes. It can be used as a main TV speaker over 3.5mm, and one unit has been reported to replace a soundbar while filling a room with deep bass. A 3.5mm splitter can also be used to run left and right channels from a TV for an apartment setup.
It is not a waterproof beach speaker, so it is a poor choice for beach use. It is better suited to indoor listening or covered areas where it will not be exposed to sand or water.

https://www.harmankardoI also have 2 Go Play 3 models, so maybe it's a conspiracy after all.
And that's all I own of HK speakers.
And that Quote was a 'Copy & Paste' from HK website, because I posted a 'New Thread' that got merged with this one.
Thanks for posting the deal, but I have to warn others—I bought these and regret it. I bought these hoping for a great pair of speakers based on a deal, but they turned out to be a total joke. The connectivity is absolutely terrible. I have never had such a bad experience, even with cheap generic brands. The Bluetooth skips constantly, and I find myself having to re-pair the (left-right) speakers every single hour. It defeats the purpose of a wirelessly pair two Onyx Studio 8
Sound-wise, they are okay, but if you are looking for clear, true audio, look elsewhere. These have a strange distortion profile—similar to a vacuum tube amplifier—that adds a fuzziness I really dislike. I wanted clarity, not artificial warmth/loudness.
I deeply regret jumping on this deal. If you like that specific sound profile and don't mind fiddling with Bluetooth settings constantly, maybe they work for you. But for me, the frustration isn't worth the discount.
In the end for me its on Harman Kardon and I am likely not buying from them again.
