I have the 4 HK Onyx Studio 7 speakers, Great sound, especially when paired.
You can pair only two same series speakers together at a time.
You have to pair the two speakers together each & every time that you power them on. (Which takes literally less than 10 seconds.)

The Onyx Studio 8 is a large portable Bluetooth speaker that stands out for rich sound, strong bass, and a stylish design, with several comparisons putting it near much pricier speakers. It works well as a TV or apartment speaker, and pairing two units can create a wider stereo setup. The main drawbacks are its size and weight, limited portability, and battery life that can land around 6 hours or less. Pairing two speakers also has quirks, since the stereo link may need to be reactivated after power cycles or Bluetooth reconnects. A solid pick if you want big sound more than grab and go convenience.
Pairing two Onyx Studio 8 speakers can boost stereo sound with a wider, more detailed soundstage.
The speaker can work well as a TV audio option when it stays plugged in and connects via 3.5mm.
The Onyx Studio 8 can deliver deep bass and room-filling sound for its size at around the $100 price point.
The speaker can be physically large and heavy, which some buyers say helps it sound strong in bigger rooms.
Battery life can be limited to roughly 6-8 hours, and some units may drop to about 2 hours at higher volume.
Onyx Studio 8 pairing can require re-pairing each time the speakers are powered on, which can be inconvenient for daily use.
Stereo Boost mode may fail to return after a Bluetooth disconnect and reconnect, requiring power-cycling or factory reset to restore stereo.
Bluetooth connectivity can be unreliable, with skipping and frequent re-pairing between left and right speakers.

https://www.harmankardoI also have 2 Go Play 3 models, so maybe it's a conspiracy after all.
And that's all I own of HK speakers.
And that Quote was a 'Copy & Paste' from HK website, because I posted a 'New Thread' that got merged with this one.
Thanks for posting the deal, but I have to warn others—I bought these and regret it. I bought these hoping for a great pair of speakers based on a deal, but they turned out to be a total joke. The connectivity is absolutely terrible. I have never had such a bad experience, even with cheap generic brands. The Bluetooth skips constantly, and I find myself having to re-pair the (left-right) speakers every single hour. It defeats the purpose of a wirelessly pair two Onyx Studio 8
Sound-wise, they are okay, but if you are looking for clear, true audio, look elsewhere. These have a strange distortion profile—similar to a vacuum tube amplifier—that adds a fuzziness I really dislike. I wanted clarity, not artificial warmth/loudness.
I deeply regret jumping on this deal. If you like that specific sound profile and don't mind fiddling with Bluetooth settings constantly, maybe they work for you. But for me, the frustration isn't worth the discount.
In the end for me its on Harman Kardon and I am likely not buying from them again.
