- Limit of 2 statement credits (total of $40 back) per eligible Card Member. If the Card Account is canceled or past due, it may not qualify to receive the statement credit(s).
- Qualifying Purchases
- Offer valid online only at US website Walmart.com or through the Walmart mobile app. Valid on Walmart pickup and delivery purchases made online at Walmart.com. Excludes Walmart+ membership purchases. Not valid on purchases shipped outside of the US. Excludes in-store purchases, bulk gift cards & e-gift cards, layaway purchases, insurance services, auto services, pharmacy, protection plans, home services, and recurring subscription services (for example, Beauty Box and Baby Box). Excludes purchases made on third party and affiliate websites associated with walmart.com (such as, but not limited to, Walmart Contacts, Walmart Checks, Walmart Photo Services, Walmart Stationary, and Walmart Moneygram). See merchant website for shipping policy. Some merchants may not ship to all areas.

- Offer only valid on purchases made directly with the merchant. Offer not valid on purchases made using third parties, such as resellers, delivery services, or other intermediaries.
- Statement Credit
- Please allow 90-days after 12/31/2025 for the statement credit(s) to be posted to the Account, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase.
