Man, this seems to be a very good price. But my biggest concern is that these have no on device controls. So if the app gets discontinued it might not work anymore. Anova also switched to a freemium business model about a year ago. You can do temp control through bluetooth for free, but if you want to use wifi or get notifications, new users require a paid subscription
Might be a good deal for existing customers that are grandfathered in, but I don't like the idea of a small appliance needing a sub to use all the features

I literally just talked myself out of buying this thing
