The MOVA P10 Pro Ultra stands out as a strong robot vacuum and mop, with especially good pathing, vacuuming, and mopping that actually works. The deal price also looks compelling, especially when PayPal promos or coupons drop the effective cost well below the listed price, and the model is supported by Valetudo for those who want to de cloud it. The main concern is warranty clarity, since the listing and support messages have conflicted on whether Wellbots qualifies and whether coverage is two or three years. A solid value if the warranty details check out.
buyers who can use PayPal's 20% cash back (or similar PayPal promos) because multiple commenters said the effective price becomes "quite slick" when combined with PayPal's 20% offer.
people who want a robot vacuum and mop that "actually works" in real life because commenters said the pathing is great, vacuuming is great, and the mopping "actually works" and met their expectations better than other robot vacs they've used.
tech-savvy buyers who are comfortable with de-clouding and flashing custom firmware because this model is reported as supported on Valetudo for de-clouding (with a caution about flashing).
people who are okay buying from Wellbots specifically because at least one commenter said they previously ordered a smart ring from the site and it arrived "with no hassle," making them less worried about legitimacy.
owners who want adjustable damp-mopping for delicate floors because commenters said the mop dampness can be adjusted on a 1-32 scale, which they noted can help with safer damp-mopping on LVP.
buyers who need confirmed warranty coverage before spending around $390 because commenters reported conflicting guidance from MOVA vs Wellbots about whether the warranty is eligible when the seller isn't listed as authorized, and one said it makes them feel like canceling.
people who want to use PayPal Pay-in-4 for the discount because a commenter said Pay-in-4 didn't work on Wellbots (button disappeared / errors), and they worried it could also fail on Mova.com and create cancellation headaches.
buyers who are sensitive to seller cancellation/restocking policies because one commenter said Wellbots asked for a 10% restocking fee even though the item wasn't shipped, with slow responses before it suddenly shipped, and they said they won't order again.
buyers who specifically need a 3-year warranty for the P10 series because commenters pointed out MOVA's site states the P10 series warranty is 2 years (not 3).
