I don't see them listed under the authorized dealers: https://us.mova.tech/pages/where-to-buy
I emailed them again with the link to the page you listed, the same guy replied: "As you said Wellbots is not listed as authorized retailer partners on our official MOVA website. The warranty is not eligible because product is purchased from a retail seller not listed on mova."
I sent an email to Wellbots to ask what's going on.
