FYI On the ebay app, There are way more movies in this deal than whats shows up in ebays initial list. You need to "see sellers other items" then check/click the 40% off 3 UHD, then scroll down again and finally hit show all.

I hate how ebay makes it take extra steps to see sale items in all these types of deals.

edit: got to the end of the list and it says 205 items were shown, although there are def a few duplicates. my initial list of movies from clicking the link showed about 30 total movies

Yeah this might be a better link, there is quite a lot of titles, many already discounted https://www.ebay.com/str/pleasere...5638799013

This 40 percent off 3 or more UHD sale is a strong way to build a 4K library, with a deep catalog that includes plenty of already discounted titles and bulk orders landing around $30.70 for three movies or about $125 for 12. Standouts called out include Groundhog Day, Cliffhanger, Bullet Train, Black Hawk Down, Zero Dark Thirty, and Gran Turismo, while the app listing can hide most of the selection unless you dig into the seller page. A few titles have disappeared or been repriced during checkout, and some older Sony releases may have newer Dolby Vision steelbooks available. It is best for shoppers willing to browse carefully and move quickly.

Common Questions (5)

  • The seller has reportedly raised prices during checkout and also taken listings down, replaced them, or removed titles from the sale. If you want a specific movie, it is safer to check out sooner rather than later.

  • On the eBay app, the initial deal page can show only a small subset of titles. Use "see seller's other items," open the 40% off 3 UHD section, then scroll and tap "show all" to reach the full list, which was reported to include about 205 items.

  • Many of the titles in the deal are already discounted before the 40% off 3-item promotion is applied. The seller's deal page contains a large catalog, so it can be worth checking the full list rather than the first screen of results.

  • A $10 off PayPal coupon reportedly stacked with the deal, and on a 10-movie order it covered the tax and then some. That makes the final price noticeably lower if the coupon is available on your account.

    Howie411

  • The X-Men 4K Blu-ray transfer is reported to be weak, and there is no audio upgrade. It may still be useful as a collection upgrade, but not if you are expecting a major AV improvement.

It's too bad majority of Marvel movies aren't on my level of slick deal, but still happy that Black Hawk Down, Zero Dark Thirty, and Gran Turismo are!

There was one black friday where Best Buy was selling 4k and several steelbook versions of Marvel movies for like $8-10 each. I have every movie in the original 26 movies leading up to Endgame in my collection as a result, and only spent about $140 to fill in what I didn't already have. Also picked up a handful of 3D movies as well. Those were the days!

Glad for this deal though. I love the original X-Men trilogy, but I only have DVDs of those, so this is a great upgrade both on disc and digitally since I used the $1 disc to digital back in the day to get HDX on Fandango.

The important thing to remember is Sony has re-released many discs as steelbooks with Dolby vision. So some of these are older releases with a newer, better release available.

Fyi, (YMMV) but I had a $10 off coupon if I paid with PayPal that stacked with this deal. Got 10 movies and it Basically nulled out the tax and then some.
