This cordless M18 wet dry vac is best for quick cleanup jobs, with compact storage, decent suction, and handy blower use for inflating tubes and rafts. The 5.0 Ah battery bundle matters because the vac drains smaller packs fast, and the larger battery can deliver about 20 to 30 minutes of runtime. The non FUEL version is louder and less convenient than the FUEL model, with weaker suction and a hose that sits inside the latch. It fits small tasks well, but battery life and noise are the main tradeoffs.
The vacuum can deliver strong suction for small jobs like drill shavings and car-seat cleaning.
The blower function can inflate kids' large tubes and rafts quickly during summer use.
The tool can be compact and easy to store while stacking neatly on a shelf.
The non-FUEL version can run well for over a year when paired with XC 6.0 batteries.
The vacuum can drain smaller M18 batteries quickly and show noticeably reduced suction power.
The non-FUEL model can be loud and high-pitched, which can be uncomfortable when cleaning near the ear.
The non-FUEL hose connection can be inconvenient and may jam the latch, leading to eventual breakage.
The non-FUEL version can have weak suction and may require the FUEL version for better performance.

Here's some reference videos. Primary differences being packout compatible, external hose, built in ability to use filter bag.
I currently only have the non fuel version, and 3d printed then silicone glued it in place to use filter bags

Get the fuel version if you want more suction. Plus the hose on the fuel is on the outside for convenience. On the non-fuel you gotta open/close the latch lid every time you wanna get or put back the hose. Furthermore, the non-fuel screams like your ex, whereas the fuel is less loud like your current woman.
