V12 is not compatible with accessories from other models. I have the V12 and started having issues just after a year. It keeps turning off after a few seconds and it takes 10-12 tries before it stays on. Apparently, it's a common issue with this model. I thought I'll swap it out with a V15 body, but it's not compatible with the attachments

It just eventually popped up for me as I was browsing. Look for a small green rectangle at the bottom left of your screen that says "10% off." I went back in an incognito browser and it showed up again, but it took 30 seconds or so.

Thank you. I was able to sign up. I had to do private browsing and turn off adblock. It popped up randomly.

I have a refurb v12 from last year for close to this same price, no issues so far though we don't use it every day. The v12 is around 5 lbs and the v15 is around 15 lbs. You don't have to hold the button down while using it. The tradeoff is the container is half the size and it's not as powerful. We are happy with it though.

I have the same issue with my V12. Same issue for just over a year.
Ordered v15 from another deal, hopefully that works better.

I read that this is a common issue with dyson. I read that it happens in the v15 also, which is why a lot of people say to buy it from costco for their return policy.

I am praying this v12 will have no issues. I had a v10 refurbished. It lasted 2-3 years before it started having issues. There was issues turning it on. I think some people say it is an issue with the capacitor.
