It shows pending, but PayPal has access to order items and shouldn't give cashback.

That is what I planned to do. Someone on another thread said it would trigger.

Yeah that will work just fine. I did it last year without issue. No offers on my 2 cards this year though.

Thanks for your response. I was planning on buying some kind of gas gift cards (shell, BP etc.) or even instacart if they have them
