I just picked this up open box on Amazon. Caveat I have no other Sonos product, decision was purely on price. I'm pretty disappointed with the Ace primarily because of how it is tuned. Very base heavy to the point where music sounds muffled.

If you are looking for sound quality and plan to use these for listening (rather than say, watching movies), then considering getting something else in parallel and give yourself the opportunity to return one of them.
