Bought this after seeing vacuum wars 2025 best of. This got runner up, only behind the x9, which is the top line. This to me feels like the go to vacuum this black Friday.
I got the prior deal for the T20 on Woot. The vac itself is good, I like the dual sweep system and sensors. I really like the mopping system as compared to my old Roborock S7 Ultra. But the app is really trash. Really. The map constantly needs to be recreated every week or so, the vacuum gets lost or cant find rooms, it often wont allow you to separate a large room like a great room / kitchen combo so you can have it just mop the kitchen at night. I really wanted to like the vac, and I think the vac itself is fine, but it relies heavily on the app for mapping and context. Also, they just dropped a "hey your privacy matters but we're hosting your data on Ali servers going forward" if you try to opt out; your app closes and you cannot use the vacuum.
As of today, this vacuum's data (your data) is hosted on Alibaba servers instead of Amazon AWS. Denying authorization to do so, means closing the app and not being allowed to use the vacuum. Kinda terrible once you've owned the vacuume for over a month, as in my case.

FYI, ecovacs.com sells it for the same price. Free shipping without needing to pay for Prime. On top of that, when you go to check out you'll see a $50 coupon automatically added, bringing it down to $450.
Unfortunately for me I couldn't quite get the discount to work. After I went through the payment process it suddenly disappeared and I was charged $500 + tax. But when I chatted with customer support about it, they said they would refund me $50.
ecovacs.com offers 3000 points when you create an account before checking out which equals to 30usd discount + the R cash back site currently do 15% cb and dont for get paypal 20% off in points offer for using their pay in 4 payment promo.

Price: $455.39
Price: $455.39
Edit: I googled and found if you have the amazon visa that is an option... much better than $2 digital credit IMO, might have to sign up for one
Looks like it ended. Hopefully it comes back!
