I click on the Apple TV link and it shows me $12.99. I have a current sub which was cancelled 2 weeks ago and it ends after the 1st. Am I screwed?

Apple TV+ was coming up at $12.99 for me since I cancelled recently. Got the deal through prime tho. Easy enough to find Apple content through prime app using my Apple TV device. Thanks!

I have prime but contemplating cancelling it next year. Apple tv promo can be subscribed via apple tv app as well, which is what I did.

Seriously? You know movie rentals used to be $3-5 for like 2-3 days. And we'd rent several times a month and consider it a good deal--in 90s-2000s dollars even. I get that streaming services are getting more and more expensive, but $6/mo for a ton of quality content is hardly "high" in the scheme of things.
