PayPal's 20% cashback promotion for Pay in 4 is not limited to specific stores. It works at virtually any retailer that accepts PayPal Pay in 4, as long as you've been targeted for this offer

you go to checkout in best buy portal then you click on paypal button then it will put you into Drop down menu to do it for best buy

you are pre approved if it has the option when you use paypal
