Air frying in this unit works very well, but produces a ton of smoke regardless of how clean your oven is. I use this device outside, under cover, and I use it a lot. After a couple of years the convection fan gets very noisy and eventually stops working, unless the control panel succumbs to steamy vapors first. It seems wasteful but I keep buying these because they are just so useful. I do wish they lasted a bit longer.
