Just as an FYI for anyone interested, this item is available from Home Depot for ~$90 via the "hack." You just have to add the battery and add the M18 compact impact drill the price on the battery drops to $90.

Sold by tools r us, see my comments in the other post about the same deal last week. I spoke with Milwaukee today and they are having me send mine in to check if it's real. Serial checks out but she said they are swapping the internals. I will know for sure in 2 weeks.

Very buyer beware. Walmart is not an authorized retailer. And very unlikely any of their third party retailers are either. Basically you're buying used. No warranty.
