FYI – The rules on the $15 credit are pretty strict. Last year, I applied it to an order that I ended up cancelling and never got the credit back. I appealed to support and they said it was one time use and doesn't get refunded. Trying to save others from potential headache. Makes sure you only order what you are for sure going to keep!

For anyone decide to buy apple gift card and then use to buy "iphone/ipad/macbook...". You are allowed up to $2,000 in apple balance and up to 8 gift card seperately on the transaction ( this is "online" limit , in store I believe 20). Basically 2,800 capped on "apple gift card" per transaction

The $15 Amazon credit will probably only apply for 1.

This deal pairs a $100 Apple eGift card with a $15 Amazon promotional credit, and the Apple card can be redeemed for hardware, subscriptions, and digital goods. The gift card can be added to an Apple Account, where it pays from balance before a credit card, and the Amazon credit has been arriving by email after checkout. The main catches are that the Amazon credit is one per account, expires January 31, 2026, and only applies to eligible items sold and shipped by Amazon. Apple balance can also trigger fraud checks or checkout hassles on larger purchases, so keeping cards separate can be simpler.

Common Questions (5)

  • Yes for regular in-store purchases, but large Apple Account balances can trigger fraud checks or order cancellations, especially for online pickup or when paying the full amount from balance. For hardware, some shoppers had better results keeping gift cards separate and having the store associate enter them one by one.

  • Add the card to your Apple Account and Apple will use that balance before charging a credit card. The balance can be used for hardware, subscriptions like iCloud or Apple Music, and digital goods through Apple's website, app, or stores.

  • It is a one-per-account promotional credit, not a regular Amazon gift card. The credit is issued after purchase, usually within 24 hours, does not appear in your gift card balance, and can be used on eligible items shipped and sold by Amazon.com until January 31, 2026.

  • Online, Apple gift card purchases are reported to be limited to up to 8 gift cards per transaction and about $2,000 in Apple balance, with a rough $2,800 cap per transaction. Apple may also flag accounts if you push near the maximum limits.

    yphanh2002SiennaCaribou7271CleverMint359

  • No, it is restricted to eligible products shipped and sold by Amazon.com. It also expires on January 31, 2026, and may not apply to third-party marketplace items.

In the past its been limit 1 digital Apple GC and limit 1 physical Apple GC per Amazon account -- you'll have to check tomorrow to see what the promo limit is

If you have multiple Amazon accounts in your family then you can make multiple purchases

You'll probably want to go for the $15 Target/Best Buy offers as well

I'll see if they do the $10 for Play Store here too. I just hardly get anything from Target and BB these days...
