It's the same. Bought almost 2y ago and now it's broken. It appears to be a "switch" or whatever that called. If it not pushed air fryer thinks the basket is missing. Discussing with their support more than a week how to fix that

Never buying bella pro again. Not "pro" by any means. This is plastic garbage, literally threw it out after a month and got a gourmia instead

This happened to me with my GoWise air fryer after 2-3 years. Was easy to fix with a $5-6 microwave oven door micro switch (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082HZ1...in_title_2). I replaced mine 4 years ago and still working just fine.

nah pass this up, just like the reviews say on bestbuy the basket eventually stops registering in the unit and refuses to turn on
