Before I noticed that my $200 basically disappeared I had tried to place the order again with all promotions deselected (I would like to reiterate that the promotions that were applied in the first place were automatically applied by uber, not by me) and even with NO promotions selected it still failed with the same "promotion not available" error message.
their support is absolutely zero help and keeps ending chats saying that I will be contacted in 6-12 hours. It feels like they're basically scamming people out of money. I have no use for this $200 in uber cash, I literally only bought it to make this purchase.
