Yeah, they finally told me that the cash wont be released back to my wallet until December 5th. After this sale is over no doubt… how convenient. Now I have (or will have, in another week) $200 in uber cash that is completely useless. What a scam.

Was able to do this but with fees and tip came out to be 177. Could not buy the GC online on costco, had to physically go to costco and then met the guy right in front of BB (close to costco) once he bought and came out, asking why did you do this? Smilie

I don't know what the issue for you is, but my uber one is tied to paying with paypal. If I pay any other way it takes off the uber one benefits. I was just able to replicate this deal, had paypal cover the additional costs beyond the gift cards.

I had a similar experience with this $25 off $75 coupon that was auto applied and couldn't opt out of.

Took a solid ONE WEEK to get my funds back to Uber Eats cash balance. Every time I reached out to support I received varying messages: few hours, 3-5 business days, 3-10 business days, exactly one week. Turned out to be exactly one week. Lots of boiler plate AI feeling messages saying '3-10 business days depending on financial institution' in reference to Uber Eats gift card balance when it has nothing to do with any financial institution - it is their funds. Agreed on being a total garbage company. Will be hesitant to do Uber Eats for any of these sorts of deals again but congrats to people that had a hassle free experience.

I dont mind buying from Costco + stacking and jumping through hoops but holding up funds for a week for their error is crazy.

And this wasn't even for trying to get AirPods Pro 3 it was for getting a different electronic item geez.

worked for me - BofA was being a Pain in the A so I just used paypal. wound up being around $235 delivered after taxes and tipping the poor sap who drove these things to me. thanks OP

I finally got back the uber cash on Sunday. I was able to place another order the other day so thankfully it didnt crash on me this time. I hope you will get it back as well
