The Nova Go was $350 on last year's Black Friday sale. I think this is the lowest they've ever been!
The Nova Go is the Les Paul-shaped version with HH pickups and a Tune-O-Matic bridge. The Inspire is the Stratocaster-shaped version with HSH pickups and a tremolo.
"Smart" means both guitars have onboard DSP effects, a USB audio interface, and a 15W Bluetooth speaker, as well as a 1/4" jack for plugging into an amp. All-carbon build means they're insensitive to humidity changes and mostly insensitive to temperature changes. Zero fret means you don't need nut files to set them up.
