It adds 114cm Invisible Selfie Stick (current Insta360 store price $24.99) + Extra battery ($40.99) + Tempered Glass Screen Protector (11.99)

The Insta360 X3 is available for less at $229.99 ($80 less than the X4), but I'm not sure it is a big enough savings to justify the feature drop. I read online the lens guard is essential to protect the lens which is included with X4, but costs $19.99 for X3 (must buy elsewhere separately, not available at Dell).
If you have the Amex Offer $100 off $500 Dell purchase, the bare X5 alone (+tax or filler item to get to $500) or essential bundle is probably worth the extra at ~$55-$83 more than the X4.
