don't worry, you are correct if you think this is the worst website you've ever been on. I actually program and I've never been on a worse website to be honest. At the completion, it's just the spinning circle, but I went and checked on my Chase Sapphire, reserve card and sure enough there was a pending charge so even though it didn't complete on the website, I think it actually did.

My first order didn't apply free shipping coupon and I didn't realize. Second order went through fine.

With shipping cost the price is slightly better than the 194 oz loads you can get at Costco.

First time, like others, hit purchase, spinning circle, waited 10 minutes, gave up. Tried again, the site still had my cart but cleared the free shipping code, reapplied, hit purchase, nothing, the purchase button does nothing.

Likely they are experiencing volume way beyond a typical day, but the cynic in me wonders if they are fine to run a garbage tier site as it's just data mining to sell to 3rd parties. It could be malicious, probably it's just incompetence, whatever it is this shouldn't be platformed by SD.

If you are having problems getting an order to process, try another credit card if you can. I tried other browsers, even one with no ad blockers, and could not get an order to process. I tried using a different credit card and that went through without problem even in a browser with ad blockers. YMMV.
