I had this webcam, bought in 2021 for $20 from lenovo ebay store, used occasionally in 2021 and 2022 then put in a box, then back in summer 2024 when I took it out it's already gone - still functional but would disconnect ~5s every minute.
The "spin mechanism" to adjust the angle of the camera is stiffer than my new webcam, and the leg clip is huge, so for modern monitors with thin edge/bezel, it for sure will eat into your screen.
Edit: oh and the cable is permanently built-in with USB-A plug at one end, not a port on the webcam body with a separate cable (like a phone).

To add to this, the camera lens cover obstructs the downward tilt of the camera. Ended up removing it so I could tilt it down further. Appreciate the inclusion of a lens cover but a bizarre design choice.

Ii had it too, and it does that disconnection problem when connected to some usb 3.0 ports. It is fine if connected to a 2.0 port or hub. Not sure it still has that problem after all these years though.
I currently use this everyday and it's been nothing but reliable. The mic quality is excellent and the camera quality is decent. I like it much better than the Logitech Brio 101 because the video on the Logitech zooms waaay too much on your face. The Lenovo has a nicer wide angle lens - I don't need people zooming in on the zits on my face during a meeting!
