Great product but it's been $109 all year until September then jumped to $170. Back when I bought it in April, it was $109 and there was also an AMEX 30% off promo so $80 brand new back then. I'd think this would be $110 again (or less) for the holiday season if you wanted it new.

I get where you are coming from but they have to be really careful with food items. They are most likely open box or simply returns for not being wanted. Similar to how "refurb" ninja products are essentially brand new with some cosmetic issues.

I have this and also purchased it for $110. It's nice and I upgraded from the older Panasonic model. $170 is a silly price.

CCC shows this has been $170 for most of past yr except for a couple sales here and there bringing down to $145, and two weeks in May '24 when it was $110, which is probably when you got your super slick deal.

I've had the white version for at least 15 years and one of the well-used buttons on it recently stopped working but other than that, super satisfied with it, so bought another.

If you occasionally need to "bake" small model clays dry 3d filament, this one range is 250-500F which is not ideal. You want something that can do lower minimum temp like 150F.

Regardless of whether an oven or underwear, "like-new" means not used. I've bought this oven in past years open-box and while the box was opened, the device was never used. Saved quite a lot of $$$ at the time. If there is any sign of use, then it's not "like new" is it?
