Worked for me! Activated the offer in CashApp, took me to Target, saw the following screen, checked out and never saw the 20% during checkout, but went to my Cashapp activity and the 20% was taken off my purchase.

If you have trouble getting the Cash App 20% off, I can't do it by clicking the link inside the Cash App, but I'm able to get it working with the website and scan the QR code with Cash App when I check out.
You have to put enough money without the discount to check out, but it will have a pop up message in Cash App telling you that 20% off will be applied.

Thanks OP. Took me a while to get the deal. Can't do that on Target app or $app built in browser. Activate deal on $app then go to target.com browser and check out there via Pay now w/ $app. Target app doesn't have $app as payment option
