Community Reviews
AirPods Pro 3 stand out for tighter integration with iPhone, improved fit, and stronger battery life, with ANC that feels a bit better than Pro 2. The ear tips can feel stiff at first, but they break in over a couple of weeks and become more secure and comfortable. Sound quality draws the most criticism, with some calling it average or bass light, while others say it sounds great after software updates. The main takeaway is that the upgrade feels most worthwhile for fit, battery, and Apple ecosystem convenience rather than a huge audio leap.
Apple ecosystem users who can stack PayPal Pay in 4 offers because commenters reported getting additional 20% cash back (and even extra discounts) on top of the sale price, bringing their net cost down significantly.
travelers who care about battery life because one commenter said the ANC improvement is slight versus Pro 2, but the battery life increase is meaningful for people on the go.
people who already have AirPods Pro 2 but are dealing with an expiring AppleCare+ because one commenter upgraded for a new pair as their AppleCare+ for APP2 was expiring soon.
office and workday users who want reliable daily earbuds because one commenter said these are their daily work/office earbuds and they sound great after software updates.
buyers who want a better in-ear seal over time because a commenter said the foam/silicone tips take a couple weeks to break in and then they feel more secure and comfortable than initially.
people upgrading from AirPods Pro 2 who struggle with fit because one commenter said Pro 3 fit is noticeably better in their ears, making it an easy choice for convenience/integration even if other earbuds can sound best.
Costco/Amex Uber Eats shoppers who can use membership + credits because one commenter got the effective price down to about $160 (plus tax/tip) by combining a Best Buy discount, a Costco Uber Eats gift card, and Amex Plat/Uber credits.
AirPods Pro 2 owners who are hoping for a big upgrade because one commenter said it isn't worth upgrading from Pro 2, noting they regret paying full price and that the difference wasn't enough even when they tried to recoup value via trade-in.
buyers who are sensitive to sound quality and comfort right away because one commenter reported the sound is "so average," the ear tips are stiff and uncomfortable, and they planned to return immediately.
people expecting a strong discount versus prior AirPods Pro deals because one commenter said $30 off isn't much compared to last year's $70 off for the latest AirPods Pro.
buyers who want an easy exchange/refund path through Best Buy because one commenter said Best Buy would only offer a full refund (not an exchange) for APP3 issues and it disrupted their cash-back/Pay in 4 setup, making the deal feel less smooth.
people who compare directly against non-Apple ANC/sound and are disappointed by "average" audio because one commenter said Soundcore Liberty 4nc "blew them out of the water" on ANC and that AirPods sounded like "no bass and all treble" even after EQ.
buyers who need live translation to work on their current iPhone because one commenter said live translation requires an iPhone 15 Pro or better and that their iPhone 13 found it not usable, so they passed.

Do you have limitations on how many Gift Certificates you can add to an order on Uber Eats? I believe the GCs are worth $50 each and you will need to add at least 4 of these to one order? Was checking if I can make this work before heading to Costco to buy the GCs.
