Community Reviews
AirPods Pro 3 stand out for tighter integration with iPhone, improved fit, and stronger battery life, with ANC that feels a bit better than Pro 2. The ear tips can feel stiff at first, but they break in over a couple of weeks and become more secure and comfortable. Sound quality draws the most criticism, with some calling it average or bass light, while others say it sounds great after software updates. The main takeaway is that the upgrade feels most worthwhile for fit, battery, and Apple ecosystem convenience rather than a huge audio leap.
Common Questions (4)
Yes. A 20% PayPal Pay in 4 cashback offer can stack with other rebates, and additional cashback paths like Rakuten 1% or Capital One Shopping bonuses may lower the net price further.
For most Pro 2 owners, the upgrade is not worth a $100-$200 difference. The main reported gains are a slightly better ANC and noticeably better battery life, with the updated fit also feeling more secure for some users.
The Pro 3 fit can feel much better and more secure than the Pro 2, but the ear tips may feel stiff at first. The tips are a foam-silicone mix that can take a couple of weeks to break in, and foam tips are an option if you want a softer feel.
Yes, trade-ins can reduce the total, but the process may require shipping the trade-in instead of doing it in-store. The charging cord from the box can be included, and missing the cable does not appear to be a deal breaker.

Probably will eat the loss but honestly not worth even $100-$200 upgrade or difference if it were me I would go buy the 2's that were just on sale in a different thread.
I came from the 2's and initially hated the fit of the new ones, but after a couple weeks of use I've done a 180. They feel way better now and feel secure in the ears and comfortable.
