I was playing around on Samsung site and found the following bundle. My account is EPP/EDU, so your may be slightly higher.
  1. Galaxy Watch8, 44mm, Graphite, Wifi/Bluetooth [samsung.com]

Scroll down through the options:

On the same page, apply trade-in. (My Galaxy Watch7 value is $250.)
On the same page, Add the Galaxy Buds3

Any EPP/EDU discounts are extra.

As usual on Samsung's site the pricing is YMMV. Try clearing your cookies, incognito, desktop, Android, Windows, Mac, VPN connection.

I'm attaching the screenshot. If you don't see the pricing, you may want to download it, open a Samsung Order support chat, asking them to build the cart for you with the specified price. They will email you the link to the cart and you can checkout.
  1. After you receive your order, you can call or chat Samsung, "I am considering returning this product". They will offer you a refund to "keep" the order.
  2. If you have PayPal 20% off "Buy now, Pay Later" you may be able to stack that on as well.

Their deals at this time last year were trade in the last model (watch6) and get the watch7 for ~$40. Very meh deal. The pre-order deal was better.

I am sorry but having preauth without order going through is scammy. It can go either way once a preauth is placed.
