One of my old card was by them and it never had any issues, just wondering what the warranty is on open box cards ?

Per Zotac Store open box gpu warranties are 2 years.

It just has to be listed under rewards in your account. If you see it under rewards and click it, it should show that it's saved.

It won't show anything different at checkout, you just need to use the Pay in 4 option. A few minutes after you make a purchase you'll get another email stating the first payment went through, you should then see the pending points on your account.

I saved it to my app, hope it really saved, I ended up phone since it seems it wants you to down load the app, which I already had and continue on from that, so I redid everything and checked out, I did the 4 payments over time like it says to do. TY for your help, my old card died and I picked up a 3080 until the 50xx cards came out and the prices dropped down... So a big TY for the help and posting

I ended up with getting a 5070 openbox + ebay 20% cash back. 5070ti is better but my psu is not large enough... Anyway, this will be for my second laptop..
