Step 1:
Login to your paypal account and clip the 20% cash back for paypal pay later. According to my research, there's no interest charge for this service, paypal will split the total into 4 payments and charge them every 2 weeks to your credit card, for example, this gpu will cost you about $800 after taxes, paypal will charge $200 on the day of your purchase to your cc then charge you $200 every 2 weeks until $800 is reached. No interest and you don't have to rush to pay it off early. The rewards points will take time to get credited to your account, since I've never used this service, I don't know how long that will take but once you get the points. You can use it to shop during checkout or redeem the points into paypal balance so can you can withdraw the money to your bank account. Here's the sd post regarding the paypal 20% cash back offer that will expire on Dec 8 or when the 1.5 billion points (15 million dollars of cash back) have been redeemed meaning 60,000 paypal customers all spent maximum offer of $1250 per customer:

The paypal pay later does NOT do hard pull on your credit so your credit score will not be affected, nothing to worry
This offer can not be used on Amazon because they don't accept paypal pay later so you have to use it on other sites that supports this like bhphotovideo, walmart, etc. Fyi, you can not double dip with payboo store card to avoid taxes because payboo is a bpphotovideo store card that provide store credit to waive the taxes during checkout and can't be used for paypal pay later
Step 2:
Use a credit card that has a flat 2% cash back for everything like citi double cash or wellsfargo active cash, etc... for the 4 paypal pay later payments, you can try use a credit card with 5% cash back for paypal but I don't know if that will work for paypal pay later so YMMV, I didn't want to take that risk so
I'm just going to take the 2% with citi double cash with extended warranty for up to 24 month on top of the 3 years from PNY so total 5 years warranty
Your total for this gpu will be around $800 after taxes - 20% paypal cash back of $160 - 2% cc cash back of $16 so your final price for this brand new RTX 5070 Ti with 5 years warranty will cost you about $624 after taxes, keep in mind that open box and refurbish GPU do not have the full manufacturer's warranty so taking this route is a safer bet for your hard earned dollars, it is more hassle but it's worth it for a brand new GPU with 5 years of warranty (3 years from PNY and 2 years from citi double cash or other cc) for that peace of mind.
With the sky high dram prices, GPU prices may go up in the near future. If you are planning to upgrade, don't wait cuz prices are not going to get much better than this from waiting around and the paypal offer is only valid thru dec 8 or when the 15 mil dollars of cash back pts has been claimed.

If you are going to thumb down and comment about better deal elsewhere, please share the link to the better deal RTX (Radeon not worth the tiny saving over RTX) gpu so people can buy that instead. Post to help, don't post to whine.

Better deals can be had at Walmart on a 5070 ti by using a cashback site in combination with paypal 20%.
