Crealitys K1C is on sale for the best price I have ever seen it at on there ebay store. At this price its between a ender 3 and a K1C, I think we all know the winner.
Those sold out pretty quick. I was able to get a confirmed order for two and sent this SD link to some buddies and they were gone. This was in the last 10 mins.

thats annoying did you buy them before or after i posted the deal?
I think I need help, so many choices right now. Between this and the aliexpress deals I need help decided.
I think there are good deals on the brands anycubic, flashforge, and creality. And then each of them have different models. What does a noob like me need to know when deciding. I think I have done enough to want a cross xy printer but that is about all I know.

if i were you, get the creality hi. It is there newest printer and is compatable with ther CFS multicolor. Also, it is slightly bigger than the others, and at the steal of a price it is at right now of 137 you cant go wrong. here is the link: https://www.ebay.com/itm/35742128...SsJ8jos%3D

Recommendations on enclosed? I'm new to owning a 3d printer, just know I want enclosed because it will be in the garage. No real need for multi color, if I do end up using it a lot and wanting to upgrade, could add in a CFS.
At first was looking at Elegoo CC and the Forge 5M Pro, then started looking at multi color units like Kobra S1, K2 Combo, and the Bambu P1S/P2S.

This $208 K1C refurb is very tempting
I just broke down and bought a PS2 combo. Figured buy one and done and with the paypal 20% off seemed like a good deal to me.
Too bad the CM sold out so quickly. I've got a friend interested in getting a large 400mm+ printer.
In general I've been reluctant to recommend Creality refurb deals like this given the negative stories others have reported. That said, I recently bought a K1max refurb and I'm generally happy with it. The system was clearly used before but looked like someone had set it up, tested it, then decided to return it. Most of the glass panels still had their shipping plastic in place. The camera lens was still covered with it's plastic. This and the Ender 3 S1 Pro "for parts" which was all but new and never unpacked (ordered early in 2024) have been my two good experiences. However, I've read enough concerning stories that I wouldn't assume these are all fine.
Of the list, I think the "Hi" and K1 look like an interesting options.
The Hi appears to be similar to the Ender 3V3 but with a somewhat larger build area (250x250). The K1 is a fully enclosed printer with Ender 3 sized build area (220x220). Note that most of the time that difference won't matter. Also, I think all the K1's now have the upgraded extruder and nozzle that people said were issues with the original K1. Where I have a bit of a hang up is K1 vs some of the Flashforge deals. I really like the 5M and with the 5M and 5M Pro very close to these refurb prices I would be very tempted to suggest the FF over the Creality.

enclosed is a nice touch, bit i have 6 printers and only one is enclosed, and I have even got away with printing ABS on the not enclosed ones if you get the settings right. It is good if you want to mostly print tough materials, or want something where there will be a less chance of something going wrong during the print.

I agree, enclosed is not a requirement for a lot of print jobs, especially easier filaments like PLA. I like the enclosure for a few other reasons. First, is noise reduction. The enclosed versions of otherwise the same printer are typically quieter. Second is dust control. When I'm not using my printer I see how much dust settles on the machine. The enclosure makes sure all that dust is on the outside, not the print bed. Finally, the enclosure can help with particulate/VOC control if combined with filters on the outlets.
Bought the Creality Hi for $139. I had previously bought a CFS and the upgrade kit to upgrade my K1 printer to use the CFS but after seeing numerous complaints that the upgrade kit ruined the K1 due to bad firmware and issues with the extruder, I changed my mind on doing the upgrade. The Hi is setup to use the CFS so it should work better than the K1.
