Not worth it. The XM4's have better ANC and superior ergonomics for less, and this price is too close to the new, superior XM6s

I 2nd this statement. BTW if y ou get the xm5 they break at the hinges very easily. I've gone through 2 pair in the same amount of months. Luckily my local target has them in stock so I just bought and returned the damaged ones but not doing it again. Will just sell them and upgrade to the xm6 if it happens again.
