It's still a solid deal. I got 7800x3d with mobo at Microcenter for $360. I found a cheap kit of DDR5 right at the start of the madness.
Good if you want the cooler, meh if you don't. Facebook marketplace is a viable place for ram right now, not many people are aware of price increases, if just for a stop gap.

Is this a good enough deal that it's worth jumping on? or will something comparable likely be up again early in 2026?

On paper, i'd perfer this mobo (I/O and white build) over the microcenter bundle, but not sure about the reports of coil whine... and I don't live near a MicroCenter. I don't need the AIO, so was thinking reselling could cover the price diff.
