Notes:
* The projector has a built-in swivel stand, allowing it to swivel 360 degrees (including onto the ceiling)
* The battery lasts ~ 2 hours on Eco-mode, but only about 90 minutes at full power. You can connect it to an external USB-C power bank to extend it.
* The two-piece Power Stand adds an additional 2 hours (has a built-in power bank)
* The combo comes with a decent light-weight collapsable screen for the projector. The first time putting it together, it took me about 5 minutes (figuring out how it all goes together). With practice, about 2 minutes
* Comes with a 60W charger and cable, plus a short cable (to connect the projector to the power stand stand, if you want).
* Has auto focus/auto keystone correction (corrects for distortion regardless of the angle you're projecting from).
* 550 ISO Brightness - pretty decent for a portable battery-powered laser projector. Best used at night, out to ~ 120" "screen" (flat wall or other flat reflective surface).
* The filters are fun, but mostly a gimmick. Kids may enjoy them for mood lighting, doing cool videos, etc.
* Comes with two remotes - the main remote (Bluetooth, has backlight) and a small remote that stays attached to the Projector, that has the basic functions. Nice little feature, in case you don't want to bring everything over, can just toss the projector in a backpack, and the mini-remote comes with.
* Projector also functions as a standalone bluetooth speaker (pair of 6W Harman Kardon stero speakers built in).
* Comes will an official version of Google TV, allowing you to install all the usual apps:
- Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, Aple TV, Amazon Prime, Disney +, Youtube, etc.
* Has standard HDMI, so can connect external video source, as well as stream directly using Google Home.
My personal experience:
I bought this for $799 last summer to take camping and backyard movie night for the kids. Spent a lot of time researching similar products (portable, battery powered, 1080 resolution minimum). This was by far the best laser projector that meets all the criteria. I did have to make changes to the color profiles (there are some good posts on Reddit with recommended settings). After that, it looked great.
My daughter has now coopted it, and uses it as her in-room TV (projects it onto the wall). She loves it, and it's getting use outside of the summer season, which is a bonus.
