Gunpla builder and miniature painter here.

This is not the kit that I would start with. The drill is a pretty niche / advanced tool and there are a lot of cutting implements that you don't need.

To get started with gunpla here is what you need:

- A cutting matt
- Nips / snips (don't skimp - this is the most important tool)
- Relatively high-grit sandpaper (360 up to 1000+)
- Exacto blade

That's it Big Grin There are other tools you may want as you go and get more advanced, but you really don't need that much.
