Seems like a good deal. Even though I think Lithium-ion batteries can easily outlast all of the other cheap components that go into these. One thing to remember. mAh is not capacity, mAh times voltage is (or Watt hours). So this should be 48 watt hours since Lifepo4 cells are 3.2 volts. If this was Lithium-ion it would be rated at about 13,000mAh since those cells are 3.7 volts.
You can just ignore that guy. He said 3420mAh/40833mWh after testing. Remember it's the Watt hours that matter. He clearly pulled 12 volts so of course the amp hours would be low. He got 85% of the stated capacity but apparently doesn't understand that. 85% is very good. I've tested many of these, and they are never 85%.

I am thinking it may be using the 32140 LiFePO4 battery inside, which has a great reputation in the Asian markets for DIY kits and projects. Is this really UL listed ?

Seems like a great deal, but always worry about these no name brand companies and all the LiOn batteries catching on fire - is Autel considered a decent brand?

do you r research the internal battery is 3.2v so when you connect something that is 5v or even 12v for QC this will give you lower capacity that means that the 15000mah will be translated to 3000mah or less, check the reviews

I got the GENDOME version of this and ended up returning it. The capacity was not what I was expecting. It was also too big and heavy to be taking it on vacation. I really wanted to keep it because it's LiFePO4 and can charge the Apple Watch but not enough to overcome the negative.

LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) is fundamentally a different battery chemistry from the Li-ion that you are familiar with in electronics. These have less energy density (therefore, bigger and heavier) but they're exceptionally safe (very low risk compared to Li-ion) and maintain capacity far longer. The choice between the two chemistries depends on the application.
Edit to add: power banks typically prioritize portability and capacity and therefore use Li-ion at the cost of safety and longevity. This power bank is an uncommon one where the opposite design decision was made: safety and longevity were prioritized. If that is important to you, this is a good one.

Autel is acceptable. Risk from LFP/LiFePO4 is not zero, but far less than traditional Li-ion/Polymer batteries. You have to be asleep at the wheel to screw it up. LFP benefits from the charging protections these already have for Li-ion.

I'm all for LiFePO4 in power stations of all sizes due to its safety and longevity even at the cost of energy density. However, a power bank needs to be portable, high capacity, and high output. At 100Wh or less the fire risk is manageable for NMC.

LFP breeze through CCC, that's why this is cheap stateside with CCC.
