It looks like the difference between this and the $1399 deal is it doesn't come with the big charger block. I guess it's worth the savings if you already have one

Own and use this unit. Live in lake effect snow area of NW Pa. Had 36 inches of snow after Thanksgiving last year. This was a beast in the snow. Performed better than my previous cub cadet 26inch gas 2 stage. Only gripe is plastic skid shoes wear quickly.

I'm kinda regretting buying SNT2416 with 2 10A batteries couple months ago for $1829. My driveway is not that long and this would have been nice saving, but oh wells. I guess I can help my neighbors out with left over charge.

I live up north and this thing is a beast. I had one battery that died over the summer after about 3 years (not from cold- it was on the charger for god knows how long in a super hot garage I didn't realize) and EGO replaced it after a quick 3 minute phone call and no need to send the broken one back.

Chiming in from Wisconsin and have been using my EGO snowblower for a few years now. It's fantastic. I have a lot of side walk to clear as I'm on a corner and across from a school. It's held up to the test so well and I'll never switch back to gas.

This is a great deal and I highly recommend it.

There is not much to assemble takes less than 10 minutes.

Also, be careful if ordering from Lowes store as the ones they have at mine have been sitting outside for a year and look trashed.
