This Husky mobile workbench is a sturdy, space-saving storage cabinet that works especially well for bigger tools, printers, or garage gear. The 18 inch depth fits tight spaces, and the drawers are praised for smooth, self or soft closing action. The built in power strip with USB ports is a useful upgrade over the Harbor Freight Yukon, and the cabinet is described as holding up well over years of garage use. Main caveats are the heavy box, limited assembly, and the shallower drawer layout, which favors larger items over lots of small hand tools.

Common Questions (6)

  • It ships in a large box and can fit in vehicles like a Tesla Model Y, Chevy Tahoe, 2020 Santa Fe, minivan, Golf with the rear seats down, and a 5th gen 4Runner with the seats down. The carton is about 50.2 x 21.8 x 31.9 inches and weighs 200 lbs, so unloading usually takes two people.

  • It may arrive fully assembled or be assembled at the store from the box. When assembly is needed, it is usually limited to attaching the wheels, side handle, and power strip.

  • Yes. Several buyers received price adjustments or refunds after buying at a higher price, including credits of about $25, $50, and $53 with tax, and one return/rebuy was required for a price change.

  • The Husky version adds a built-in power strip with USB ports and is reported to have more drawers and smoother drawers than the Yukon. The Yukon version is also described as lacking soft-close drawers.

  • The 18-inch depth is close to the footprint of many 3D printers and has been used successfully for printers like a Bambu P1S and a Saturn 4 Ultra. It also works well where space is tight, including garage entries and enclosed trailers, though heavier printers may need shimming or a more adjustable table.

  • It has auto-closing drawers, but it does not have soft-close drawers. The drawer slides are rated at 100 lbs, and the cabinet is a standard-duty model with a 1,500 lb total capacity.

That was the black. Other colors were like $425, but seems to be location dependent. I'm at work downtown Chicago but after manually changing zip code to suburbs I can get the lower price. So I guess YMMV depending where you live
Ya, looks like Chicago proper is higher priced. Heading out to Oak Lawn or Bedford nets you the lower price.

Got this at $348 10 days ago. Just got back from HD - they gave me refund ($53 with tax) no questions asked! Excellent deal, and I really love the unit. By the way, when people say it's very heavy, it is, but not terribly so. When I got it, 3 guys loaded the box into my SUV ( I opted out for brand new boxed unit), and then my wife and I slowly moved it out onto the garage ground from the back of SUV, opened the box, assembled the wheels and viola!

Does this come assembled? I ordered one. Trying to figure out if I need a truck to pick it up. Would it fit in the back of an SUV?

I picked one up assembled and it fit in the back of a Golf with the back seats down, so I sure hope it fits in an SUV
I second the recommendation to have someone help unload it, though.

A Golf fits so much more than some SUVs.. I don't think it would fit in a Volvo XC60

Placed an order for instore pickup. While i was walking in, i noticed the same price but noticeably bugger husky workbench. It was army green, beige. So i returned and repurchased it. HD website showed its $549, for 52"W and 20"D
