Keep in mind they changed their subscription tiers. Plus had a lot of really great and useful features removed and placed in the new, more expensive "Peak" tier. Caused quite a fuss for the community and this member to cancel their sub.

You have to let your subscription expire, then you'll be able to take advantage of these offers to re-activate (the offer comes around several times a year, so it's a question of timing and whether you need the features like downloads right when you've let your Plus membership lapse). When you let it expire and re-activate, you don't lose anything you've saved.

Not working for me. META2025 still works for 30%, and discounts can be used with a Brazilian VPN/PayPal to get you down to ~$5-6/year.

EDIT: OP It's CYBER2025. Was able to get for R$24.95 total ($4.62 USD).

Looks like a Chrome issue for me. I tired Safari and it worked. Actually looks like they made some slight improvements!

I had to argue with them to get them to change my plus subscription to peak for the remainder to keep the features I had already paid for. Horrible business practices.

Peak plan is what you need, plus is just what the normal app was before they made it subscribtion, google maps does most of what plus does.

Reps to dallas_salad and the Brazil VPN trick. Got Plus for $4.88. Messed up and let Paypal do the conversion. Argh. Still a good deal for off line maps.

Can you explain this more? What is this trick? You are saying the AT cost goes down it we are logged in via a Brazilian VPN?

Is this applicable to other purchases as well?
