853 upvotes. What happened to boycotting Disney?
Not boycotting Disney at all. Still love going to the parks.
Not getting this because Disney+ has nothing worth watching.
Still a great company, hopefully one day they will have decent programming again.

This was $3.37 total last year... going to skip this at $5+tax. So many ADs it's not worth the hassle IMO; $5 is probably what's it should be as regular price. πŸ˜‚
Coincidentally, I swear I just have seen an advertisement on a TV during hockey game that was claiming $3 or 3.99 "limited time offer"!πŸ˜†
Stremio with add-ons will be just fine for shows.

Tip. Sign up thru the Hulu website for the promo. It might prevent some of the issues some are having with activing Hulu.

Is there any way to add just a Hulu deal to a current Disney subscription? Updated to add- I mean I already pre-paid for a year so I cannot cancel the Disney part.
Just start a separate Hulu account with the deal that is on slick deals for it

Been waiting for this, the price hikes are a shame tho.
2 years ago this was $2, last year it was $3 and it's $5.
The access to new Disney movies, FX Hulu shows and the simpson library is worth it I think.
Wasn't it .99 for only HULU last year?
I'm surprised they haven't just combined their apps into one monopoly and get it over with already. The government loves corporate "campaign donations" (that surely aren't bribes) to look the other way.

In terms of duration, my understanding is it is as long as you have an active T-Mobile plan, and assumes T-Mobile continues to provide Hulu for free and the Disney+ with ads remains at $12.99/month. Regarding upgrading to Disney+ Premium after establishing Disney+ w/ads for $1.00/month, I believe you would have to upgrade to a Disney+ Premium / Hulu bundle (at Disney - NOT Hulu) for the T-Mobile $11.99 credit to apply, and I'm not seeing that plan option right now. There is a bundle for $19.99 that includes ESPN, but I don't know if the T-Mobile credit would work on this bundle.
This will not work for Simple Choice plans.

It would not add to existing subscribers, anyone got it to work?
If you unsub for a month, they usually consider you a new customer.

- If you canceled and had an active subscription within about 30 days, it will not let you get either of these offers (the $4.99 or $14.99 per month ones) so you are forced to create a new or use an inactive account.
I cancelled my prior subscription 2 days ago and was able to sign up for this offer with the same existing account.

Disney+ isn't worth $5/month with ads (esp. if you don't have kids). Disney+ has one of the most aggressive ads playing pattern among streaming services IMO. There really isn't anything for me to watch there too (except maybe Adventures of Gummi Bears, which I always default to when I had Disney+ subscription a few months ago). Staying put on this one.
