I ordered this two months ago and it was missing the ramp on the dock. Quick email .. They sent me tracking 2 days later. Part never shipped. They kept beating around the bush.

So check it when you get it. If anything is missing the return policy is painless, just don't wait until the last minute.

I reordered it last week and looks like it has all the parts this time.

I ordered this two months ago and it was missing the ramp on the dock. Quick email .. They sent me tracking 2 days later. Part never shipped. They kept beating around the bush.

So check it when you get it. If anything is missing the return policy is painless, just don't wait until the last minute.

I reordered it last week and looks like it has all the parts this time.

I lost track of the models and prices. Is this a decent deal a mid-high end bot that isn't a complete moron?

For reference I have S7 Ultra which claimed to be able to avoid cables but it doesn't. Looking for a second bot for the second floor.

We've had the Q Revo S model for a year or so and have loved it. We don't keep charging cords and whatnot on the floor because we have a little one, but it does a good job of going over transitions and cords that are flat on the ground (to be sure we use masking tape for our Christmas tree extension cord). It manages to get in and out of tight spaces really well and I'm sometimes impressed. The rug detection is also really good. We've been super pleased with the purchase and paid a bit more than this price. Sending the link to my relative now actually because she was asking about ours recently.

I've gotten two refurbished Roborock's from their eBay site. One was like-new and appeared unused. The second appeared used, but functioned fine (a few scuffs and scrapes).

don't really care for Q Revo. I got one when they came out and it doesn't detect obstacles very well. Often will suck up a cord, and always wants to clean my bathroom scale for some reason

Bought this back at end of July on eBay and was like new. Love this unit. The mop works really well. No complaints here

You can actually buy the Q Revo direct for $249. (https://us.roborock.com/products/roborock-qrevo - then apply discount code "ROCKROCKS"). Only con is 1yr warranty vs 2yr via ebay/allstate warranty.

It also advertises the heated mop dry function since this is the original version (2R3W). The current model on sale (QV35 A) loses the heated dry in favor of better suction.

We've had an iRobot i3+ Evo and has been nothing but problems after a year.

i ordered this , landing price was 305, Later price dropped i was yet happy that its 850$ model its best deal, after some more search i realized there are many models within Roborock Q Revo , i have no clue which model is this, irony now i see prices everywhere equal or lower than the price i paid. how stupid this could get . pity me who brough this by looking at 850$ tag in this post.
