1. I went to PayPal - Reward - 20% offer, and I clicked Save offer.
2. Went to eBay, added to cart at Checkout. The only option I have for PayPal is:

I did the PayPal Pay in 4 thing, too, but I'm skeptical on how well that will work, because it was super glitchy and took three tries and a call to PayPal.
